24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Skin Solutions MediSpa, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as failure to attend an appointment, may result in the booking deposit being forfeited. If more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
